Hemp fibre is spun into yarn and woven on a loom into cloth that is strong, breathable and softer with every wash.

For centuries hemp rope rigged sailing ships. Hand-laid cordage is still made the same way: fibres twisted into yarn, yarn into strands, strands into rope.

Hemp was one of the first materials made into paper. The pulped fibre is formed into sheets by hand, pressed and dried on a rack, keeping its soft deckle edge.

Cold-pressed hemp seed oil makes a gentle soap base. Bars are poured, cut and left to cure for weeks before use.

Twisted hemp cord is woven in a twill pattern into baskets that are light, tough and fully biodegradable at the end of their life.

Hemp canvas is dense and hard-wearing. Cut and stitched by hand, it becomes a jacket that wears in rather than out.

Hemp seed oil can fuel a simple lamp or be blended into candle wax, burning with a steady single flame.

Pressed cold from the seed, hemp oil is green-gold and nutty — used in kitchens, cosmetics and wood finishes. Amber glass keeps out light and keeps it fresh.
